Terms
These are the terms you agree to when you use AbsoluteJS. They are meant to be short enough to actually read.
The agreement
By creating an account or using absolutejs.ai, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your teammates do with the access you give them. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your code is yours
Your code is yours. We claim no ownership of anything you write, upload or import, and nothing about hosting it here makes it ours.
To run it for you we need your permission to do the obvious things: store it, build it, execute it, serve it to the people you publish it to, and show it back to you in the editor. That permission exists for that purpose and ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you bring — including anything you import from a repository — and for what your published site does.
What you may not do
Do not use the platform to break the law, to host malware or phishing, to send bulk unsolicited email, to mine cryptocurrency, to attack anyone, or to infringe someone else’s rights.
Do not try to escape the isolation your project runs in, reach another customer’s data, or make the platform unavailable for other people. Automated use is fine; automated use that degrades the service for others is not.
Plans and billing
Paid plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew for the same period until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Usage beyond what your plan includes is charged as it is used.
Prices can change; we will tell you before a change affects a period you have not yet paid for. Taxes are on top where they apply.
Availability
We work to keep the platform up and your sites serving, and we will not always succeed. We may change or remove features, and we will avoid breaking things you depend on where we reasonably can.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is not paying, or that is putting the platform or other customers at risk — and except where something urgent makes it impossible, we will tell you why and give you the chance to put it right.
Export your projects before you close an account. After closure we delete them.
Warranties and liability
The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes, and how to reach us
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top, and continuing to use the platform after that means the new version applies. If you do not accept it, close your account.
Anything you want to ask about these terms goes to hello@absolutejs.ai.
